5 Euharlee Restaurants and Places to Eat in 2023

There aren’t very many places to eat in Euharlee, but that doesn’t mean this tiny little town isn’t worth a visit. The downtown area has retained its historic charm, with many houses from the 1800s still left intact, and some of these historic buildings have even been converted into modern day Euharlee restaurants and eateries. Quirky and one of a kind, these little cafes and shops are the best places to check out when you’re in search of good food in Euharlee, Georgia.

These are our favorite Euharlee restaurants:

Hometown Steak and Que

100 Covered Bridge Rd
Euharlee, GA 30145

Hometown Steak and Que is the best barbecue restaurant in Euharlee Georgia. They serve a little bit of everything, including barbecue favorites like pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, brisket, Brunswick stew, and fried okra, but also more unique food items like pulled pork nachos, cheese curds, and fried pickles. They also serve burgers, wings, steak, and chicken. For dessert, you can choose from popular treats like homemade banana pudding, cobbler, cheesecake, and ice cream, or if you’re feeling more daring, try their peanut butter pie, pineapple upside down cake, or red velvet cake. Their full menu is available on their website here.

Anna’s Mexican Bar and Grill

790 Euharlee Rd
Euharlee, GA 30120

If you’re looking for Mexican food in Euharlee, then Anna’s Mexican Bar and Grill is the place for you. Fajitas are my go-to, and they even serve a Hawaiian style fajita that comes with diced pineapples, shrimp, chicken, onions, bell peppers, and melted cheese smothered on top. If that isn’t your style, they also serve 13 different types of nachos, as well as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. For something different, try one of their specialties, such as the Pollo con Crema, which consists of seasoned chicken strips, broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms, covered in a creamy chipotle sauce. You can see all of Anna’s Mexican food menu on their restaurant website here.

Dominos Pizza

12 Euharlee Rd SW Ste E
Euharlee, GA 30120

Dominos Pizza isn’t the type of place we’d initially expect to be including on a “best restaurants” article, but as the only place to currently get pizza in Euharlee, we just couldn’t leave it out. As such a tiny town, there’s actually only three official restaurants in Euharlee: the barbecue joint, the Mexican restaurant, and Dominos pizza. So if you’ve got a craving for pizza, this is where you’ll need to go.

Covered Bridge Bakery

110 Covered Bridge Rd
Euharlee, GA 30120

Named after one of the best things to do in Euharlee, the Covered Bridge Bakery lies just a few blocks away from its namesake–the oldest covered bridge in Georgia. This location is the prime tourist draw to the town. Stop by to marvel at the 19th century architecture, and then head inside the bakery to grab a tasty treat. The building that houses the bakery used to be an old mercantile and general store for the early days of Euharlee back in the 1800s. Today you can find Nanny G’s Cupcakes inside, and they’ve been baking for over five decades.

Bradley Farms Creamery

118 Covered Bridge Rd
Euharlee, GA 30120

2023 Edit – We last visited Bradley Farms in 2022, but sadly it looks like it is no longer open for 2023. If you’re looking for a place to get ice cream, you can grab some at Hometown Steak and Que Restaurant, but unfortunately they only offer vanilla. So it’s not really your best choice.

If you’re willing to drive around 10 minutes down the road, however, your better choice would be to head to neighboring town Cartersville, Georgia, where there are multiple different ice cream shops to choose from to satisfy your creamy cravings.

Other Restaurants Near Euharlee

There are only three official restaurants in Euharlee–the barbecue restaurant, the Mexican restaurant, and the pizza place (all detailed above)–in addition to the historic bakery and ice cream shop (also detailed above). If you’re looking for any type of food beyond those, you’ll have to drive over to neighboring town Cartersville. Luckily, Cartersville is just a short, ten minute or so drive away, and they have a rather large selection of restaurants and dessert places to choose from to meet your needs.
